When considering the social media presence of a well-loved pet brand, it's safe to assume that their social media presence has a good amount of traction and they interact with their consumers seeing that they're interactive regarding customer service. 

When looking at the social media presence of Chewy, they have Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. Seeing that their top platform with followers is Facebook, with 1.7 million followers and also has 1.7 million likes; their Instagram has 837K followers; their Twitter account follows up with 74.3K followers; and lastly, the YouTube channel gaining 63.7K subscribers. 

When looking at their Facebook platform, there are only likes in the 100s, with a handful of comments, but they are active and engage with their followers. It is seen that they frequently post, with about eight posts a week, showcasing sales, educational and original content, also showing the content they're tagged in. Showing they notice their followers and interact with them. While looking at their Instagram, it is seen that they frequently post; with about nine posts a week, with either reels or photo posts, they get about 1K likes and repost content they're tagged in, but also integrate their content within their Instagram. The posts are often educational or promotional, showing their holiday sales. With their pinned posts on Instagram, they are holiday sales related and also a post showing their inclusivity during pride month. Overall, Instagram is very well curated, with an influx of new content, and often interacts with commenters and actively comments and liking posts they're tagged in. 

Looking at their Twitter account, there are only a handful of likes with a handful of replies, but they are active and engage with their followers. It is seen that they frequently post, with about three posts a week, showcasing deals and shadowing the content they have on Facebook and Instagram. On Twitter, they frequently respond to the tweets they've been tagged in and resolve any issues. Lastly, when looking at their YouTube, the content is posted semi-frequently and surrounded by education on how-to's, tutorials, and campaign videos. These videos sometimes gain 1M views, seeing that they interact with the comments left on their videos.
